Tri-County's new Cleveland Service Facility is now open! Crisis Services provides crisis intervention, assessment, and referral for voluntary and involuntary psychiatric hospitalization. Crisis services can be accessed through any of the mental health clinics in all 3 counties (Liberty, Montgomery, and Walker). For crisis services, individuals should contact the crisis line (800-659-6994) or call 911 (for life-threatening emergencies).
