In compliance with Texas Administrative Code (301.111), all individuals seeking services will be provided with a financial assessment, which includes a review of both income and services covered and those that are not covered by insurance (if applicable). Based on the outcome of this assessment, individuals will be assigned a Monthly Maximum Fee or Monthly Ability-to-Pay (MAP) which will be applied to all services that are not covered by insurance. The MAP, which is based on income, is the maximum amount the individual will be asked to pay for all services received in the month.
